Great info. I have been a dispatching reefers for 6 years now ..thinking of adding box trucks to the mix. I have been watching youtube videos to learn how to be more effective. Some video's they try to talk and act cool and just don't get to the point . Your video is very informative and to the point. much appreciated.

Thank you for sharing this info and doing live calls with the brokers. That really helps to hear live calls. I took this info away from watching. "Pharses to use in negotiating rates: Do you have any flexibility for this load, what is your max rate Don't let brokers talk you into a load. If the starting price is low $500 the broker won't go higher Deal with brokers who directly answer no extension since it could be hard to get back in contact with them Thanks for these 💎 gems ! ! Very informative video, thank you Enis. It is however puzzling that brokers do not post load related particulars. That way it would save time for the dispatcher and the broker to asnswer questions about the particulars. SO the phone call would only contain price negotiations, pick up/ delivery times etc.

I like the "Dispatcher" apposed to a freight broker. Seems more likely to be a more personal model. I currently am a medical courrier, recently bought a 2020 promaster city. So 80inL x 48in W x 47in H . Is the van big enough to work with a dispatcher?
