Freight Dispatching: My 4 biggest mistakes!

I've been dispatching for a long time and i still circle back to videos like this to kinda relive my early days and take in good tips. Now im in more of a management position but the funniest thing is my Favorite job ive done so far in logistics was a dock Lead/Dispatch. Running in and out of a office to a forklift. IDK why but the people were more real and now im in a office with no dock and these karens and kevins have never loaded a truck never wrapped a skid and talk so much bs.

I used to be a truck driver. I figured that it wasn’t something I wanted to do long term and it also didn’t really leave me with a lot of free time to learn another skill that I might be more passionate about. Dispatching seems like the next step but I left trucking for a reason and I don’t know if it will be the same with dispatching.
