Freightliner cascadia clutch slipping spinning vibration while driving

I am having the same problem with my Freightliner 2014 Cascadia I had a new clutch put in by a Rush Peterbilt and this may be the issue because it's a brand new clutch but what you're talking about makes a whole lot of sense you are exceptional

Thank you we bought a dd15 cascadia from penske with this exact problem as a level 1 purchase they have closed out work order as if all the initial problems have been taken xare of. Low behold, all the bolts holding the transition housing to engine have came a loose ,durring a regen i noticed two bolts on ground took bck to penske they retightend all bolts but still have gri drinding noises durring idle..???""""

un unbalance flywheel got me a headache with the cam sensor once bro customer was not happy but human errors happens a lot

Hi Francisco I had the same problem fixed but I notice the access plate is missing after inspecting the repairs. Do you think its a good Idea to leave it open. I asked the shop that fixed it to find one for me but they are insisting that it should be no problem. any advice will be much appreciated

Amigo disculpe mi clutch aveces funciona y aveces no Para arrencar no quiere agarrar velocidad y le tengo que meter la velocidad apagado para poder hecharlo a andar. Despues de un rato el clutch comienza a trabajar y desdepues de otro rato deja de trabajar de nuevo. Que es el problema o que piensa usted amigo? Gracias por su atencion

Hello Francisco, I have a 2014 cascedia dd15 and I took it to the shop to do an oil change. When they finished it and took it outside the shop. So then I check the oil and barely see oil on the dip stick. I go to talk to the guy and he said he only put 4 quarts. So can the engine be damaged with only 4 quarts of oil? They drove it out of the shop and then back in. During this time can it be damaged ?

Did they think you have a 4 cylinder Honda engine in it? What kind of shop will put only 4 quarts of oil in a DD15.

Im ocd when it comes to oil changes. Check everything before leaving shop.

the clutch has not adjusted, the wear indicator has to move out from start 1:06. That why its slipping.

those bolts at the bottom are very weak bolts and shouldn't be used for that purpose

I have 1996 kenworth 15 speed I change new clutch 2050lb new transmission but still there vibration coming from transmission and clutch There is space between clutch and flywheel 3 time dropped transmission same problem when start moving with heavy load there is free play inside housing. And some time engine shut-off when start moving.can u give me ideas what's problem. Thanks in advance
