My frenchie uses a jacket he was scared of water. I think your frenchie loves the water and probably when born it’s parents had good muscles for swimming.

Mine had to learn, she was a rescue and the first time she jumped in the water she sunk to the bottom. But with practice she was swimming in no time

I disagree about the swimming part. We live in Hawaii and our3 year old girl loves to swim, without a vest, and is very good at it. We love the fact that she can play for hours in the water and not get overheated playing at a park. She loved it from the first day she could go out after getting all her shots. She also loves taking a shower all the time. Great video otherwise!

I don't think the 30 lbs part is accurate. My frenchie is a female at 32 lbs and she isn't over weight at all.

The weight that he stated is the AKC standards (meaning a person would not qualify to enter dog show if the dog isn't in their guidelines)

Yes, be careful both French and English bulldogs sink to the bottom of a body of water like a rock, American Bulldogs are capable swimmers though.

Fifth man The French bulldogs were bread to be cute and to buy you see the snout. They have breathing problems. The people didn’t care when they bread it they just wanted money. It is not a healthy dog

Not all are small...... mine is at 37 lbs at ten months. And he stays out in the backyard so if he farts, snores, or wants to tear up shoes or furniture...... well that problem is solved.
