How to make Tuiles Coco?
Mold size: 4.5*4.5cm in length, 2mm in thickness
Ingredients:
coconut flour 125g, granulated sugar 80g, egg 100g, melted unsalted butter 15g
Tips: Melt the unsalted butter in advance.
Instructions:
1.Mix 125g coconut flour and 80g granulated sugar evenly.
2.Add 2 eggs in another bowl and stir well, then pour into the coconut flours in 2 times and mix well.
3.Pour 15g melted unsalted butter and mix evenly.
4.Cover the plastic wrap over the mixture and refrigerate for 30 mins.
5.Use a spoon to take out some flours and put it into the mold, then flatten with a scraper.
6.Preheated the oven to 150°C/302°F and bake for 8-9 mins, once baked, stay in the mold and let it cool.
