Americas food is so toxic. We are just learning how to avoid it. Many of us are reversing type 2 diabetes and losing a lot of weight. Just cant eat prepackaged foods from grocery store or drive through fast food. Our grains are GMO so no bread, pasta, rice. I make what resembles bread from nut flours. I would love a real piece of crusty bread to sop up meat sauce once in a while. No pasta of course. We've been poisoned. 😞

You are incorrect about Americans’ eating habits. We do not eat all day long. There is a great deal of sugar in our processed food but many Americans do eat very healthy. Processed food is heavily advertised but that does not mean it is habitually eaten by all Americans. I find your generalizations of Americans insulting.

American here and it drives me INSANE how most people need to eat constantly. One meal ends and the people around you are already talking about the next meal. Doing anything with family is a nightmare because all they think about is FOOD. I'm so tired of it.

Thank you for being so honest and straight to the point. Some might not like the truth, but it doesn’t make it less so. I’m slim, always have been, and I live in Paris even though I’m not French. Women here are beautiful and they care about the way they look; I think it’s wonderful and a strength. You’re right about everything you say 🙌!

I'm an American and it's true that we have a lot of unhealthy "foods." I actually don't consider any of the American things you showed to be real food. I don't buy it for my kids... everyone thinks I'm mean because I won't let them eat whatever they want. I do let them have desserts and chips, but not all the time. I like to cook real food that my Italian grandma taught me how to make. Unfortunately, there are people in my own family (extended family) who eat fast food and drink sodas every single day.

As a fit 60 year old male in a major midwestern US metro area, a thin woman here will turn heads. There are 20 fast food restaurants within a mile of my house. In 18 years of living here, I ate lunch at one of them only 1 time, 5 years ago. The constant lines of cars to eat that garbage is insane. Yes, most Americans are overweight and eat like crap. I'm 6'3" and hover around 190 and have actually felt self conscious because everyone else around me is so huge! 😕

I'm 62 year old american woman. 5' 7", 125 lbs. I was raised by Italian immigrants. No, we don't eat pasta and pizza every day. we eat real food, not processed, we don't snack all day. Yes we do eat cheese and eggs and alot of vegetables and fruits and nuts and fish. We cook at home most of the time. As my grandmaother said and I agree "American food (meaning processed food) is garbage." We walk alot after meals. Easy to be slim with this lifestyle. Thank you for your content.

@@Aliceinparisofficial you LIVED 10 years in different states not live. So if it’s the case your understanding of American culture is as poor as your English. I love this video and find it inspirational, but it should just be said - The most important thing I think, and it is unspoken in this video ( but every photo except for the lady with the walker features someone with a very slim build) is BE THIN. Everyone shown is thin. Which is great, more power to them, but surely not every single woman in Paris is skinny. But that is all we will ever be shown, I think.

Natural body I can't believe not even if Jesus Christ falls to the earth: minimum workout 7 days a week (heavy cardio + heavy weights) + eating only protein shakes and salads like Adriana Lima or Stella Maxwell before the fashion show + no carbs at all (how can you workout?) + fat loss medications + boob job made in a cheap country like Serbia or Montenegro or Turkey. My friend is a doctor and he says that these boobs are 100% fake because too separate between each other and they don't fall down like mine or my mother's ones. My mother say that to have this body you have to starve yourself + take appetite suppressants or fat loss medications + working out 7 days a week. I would be obese in Paris. I am 5'8 per 152 lbs at 39 y.o. and 4 pregnancies + diastasi recti after 2 c-sections. I have size 12-14 in UK + bra size 34 cup G (no breast implantation).

Although I loved early Coach bags, I acquired luxury brands over the years. I've learned to appreciate Coach again when Tanner Leatherstein started cutting up different bags to examine how well bags were made. He found he was impressed with Coach bags. I can't find anything I really want to spend on a luxury bag because the elevated prices are nearly insane. I did find a Coach bag.

So I was already wearing a dress and sand, especially but I added a large brim hat and sunglasses and the looks I got and compliments… you would think I was on a hot date somewhere. lol yea Americans can get comfy real fast. It is hard do dig out of that. But a nice hat or scarf or purse and you suddenly elevate.
