Great recipe ! In France we usually pair it with nice toasted bread to add texture. You can also add honey to the sauce, or simply spray it over your fried cheese. Traditionally, strong cheese like goat cheese or blue cheese are consumed with sweetener such as honey or fig jam, it's a killer combo !

Bit heavy going for a salad . I suggest just grilling the goats cheese like it is. Frying goats cheese in butter seems a bit excessive .
