I read it as “More than two months before the end of the year.” Can you confirm which one is correct? One implies that it’s a long time and one implies that it’s not much time. Does the French phrase have the same connotation? If in English we say “There’s more than two months until…” it seems like it’s a long way away. But saying “It’s only two months until…” gives the impression that it’s coming up soon!
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane2 жыл бұрын
Plus que means only ;) So only two months is correct.

Merci beaucoup Mademoiselle!
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane2 жыл бұрын

The french prepositios play such an integral role in the french language overall unlike the english prepositions that don't influence the english language to the same degree..?
@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane2 жыл бұрын
Is it a question? I am sorry I am not sure what you are asking me
@BuffaloBuffalo-uc6zp2 жыл бұрын
@@TheperfectfrenchwithDylane just refering back to my initial comment dylane. The prepositios in french comes after the verb or the pronoun can come after the preposition which makes the preposition in french fall into two categories which can be a preposition or postpreposition roughly in that order unlike english which is mostly preposition in most cases..l am sorry for not articulating this in the right order when i initially made the comment to you..

I give a free PDF for all my regular lessons (I have more than 100 free PDFs on my website), but I have to pay bills and eat, also there are a lot of expenses related to produce videos like this. I chose to put my courses on KZbin so people can watch and learn no matter their income. I could have sold everything as a package and charge hundreds of dollars too. This way works for you so you can learn, and it works for me so I can pay my bills and make a living.
