I know where this house is because every time I drove the back roads in McLean/Great Falls, I kept seeing it while it was under construction. And they built it pretty fast. And finally I can see what the inside looks like! Very impressive!

I can absolutely believe they built it quickly. I kept waiting to be awed, but unfortunately wasn’t. The architecture and layout of the home was wonderful (I noted that the thoughtful incorporation of closets throughout and that en suite bathrooms abound - however the interior design fell flat. I believe the sheer scale of the house was meant to impress - yet it just seemed like an enlarged, slightly upgraded version of an ordinary middle class home. The residence has very few features that lent an air of exclusivity - with the exception of the dining room chandelier and the dome above the winding staircase - which was nicely done, if undersized. Bravo to the landscape designer for placing the in-ground swim feature off to the side, thus allowing for central plantings as future focal points - someone finally realized no one wants to look out at a covered pool half the year.

No matter the size of your home, it’s nice when your in the bath and need to use the bathroom, you joust step out and sit, rather than grabbing a towel and walking 20 feet across to a water closet

That would be the ultimate plan. As of right now they are waiting to finish out the back based on the purchaser's discretion. The pool is considered an option at this point.

There is no way this home is worth the price. Rooms are small, and most of the bathrooms are quarter baths, not full baths. The only good feature is the home theater with the concession area.

Not impressed. The wood floors were very busy. The huge tub in the master bathroom… the ugliest thing ever. The bathrooms look cheap. Love the exterior and the floor plan is nice. Did not see any images of the garage … very important. Lot size? For 4.5 mill, is not cutting it for me.
