Today's dessert is [custard planc].
Planc is usually made by baking cream cooked in brisette.
Today, I put custard cream in a crispy custard sheet and finished it. The baked custard and sweet tarte were quite harmonious.
Simply think of it as a French egg tart.
It tastes better when you eat it cold. The tart becomes soggy after time passes after completion. Do not refrigerate for more than two days.
