I use to live in WPB. Had to move back to Indiana bc of family issues. Our house wasn’t too far from downtown. We’d walk almost nightly to Flagler then turn around. Man I miss it. Hopefully moving back soon, but it’ll be up near the Tampa area. Nothing compares to South Florida.

Great video as always. I can do the same thing staying at the boat show and being able to stay outdoors by the water. Me personally I love the Viking boats. I used to work at a marina in Humacao, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 and I really enjoyed the scenery on the daily basis. I'm sure you guys had an awesome time at the boat show

If I had to stick to 1 million then i'd buy a Lagoon 44 Power Cat and have money left to cruise a bit but if i'm dreaming i'll Take a large yacht like M/Y Here Comes The Sun or M/Y Sunrays and have a yacht support vessle like M/Y Garcion or M/Y Hodor to carry all the toys.

Center console over a certain length is just more deck space......I know they have a cabin, but not as much as a different type of boat for the same $ $1 million.......probably a sport fisherman.....maybe a Viking. But could only spend 800,000 because you’ll need 200,000 for gas 🤣 Maybe a trawler type ? I like beneteau swift trawlers 😊

Dear Mr. Fresco, It is indeed a great thing to dream and brainwash yourself as well as mine too as a viewer with such a Heaven's beauty and supreme quality in every thing, Thank You. You know most of those who buy new big boats or yachts have a massive stream of monthly income in excess of at least $ 60000 / month and such people do not work for money the way ordinary people do, because the poorest among them probably own a multiple rental properties that yields them a hefty monthly income or have multiple millions as a fixed deposits with at least 4% interest annually, i.e. if you have 1 M $ as a fixed deposit with at least 4% annual interest, you will get $ 3333.00 / month income on such a 1 million or you can buy several duplexes and rent them and get triple monthly income than what the 4% deposit offer. Another segment of people who buy these expensive goodies are the ones who have a mid size or larger industrial or trading businesses where many have a net income in excess or 1 M / month. You do have a great and more than adequate boat (lets call it a reliable Toyota Camry or Chevy Suburban or even Cadillac Escalade) , and instead of buying Rolls Royce Boat with all the accompanying constant costs involved, its advisable to aim that million or whatever into something that yields sure fire stable income. Remember that real rich people do not touch or consume anything from their principal (capital), but they let their capital yields then massive income that exceeds their needs, where from such excessive income they not only enjoy their life and buy such an expensive goodies easily, but they even pump up their capital Loool.
