Thanks! Always good to get out to Ravenscar and ran into Neil T down there who didn't find an awful lot but did get a rare species of Haugia... Typical eh 😂

Was good to get out again! Sadly Ravenscar still pretty sparse, but some early signs there might be some good falls over winter if we are lucky. Hopefully will be out on the coast again soon.

Always glad to see your vids! Do you do lectures? If so, I would love to see them. Your vids are very informative.

I don't do lectures on KZbin, but have done in previous jobs. I'm working on some more informative videos including the geology of some of the sites and how that relates to what we find. Just take a lot longer than the hunting videos!

Hi mate....a great grammoceras block that, will you be able to piece it back together and prep it as one big multiblock???? That could potentially be an amazing ammonite block 👍👍⚒️⚒️

I handed one of the bits off to a friend who was with me so it'll be separate Grammo blocks ultimately. It was probably a 10+kg nodule that had nothing showing on the outside and I didn't fancy hauling it out on my own 😅 That fall produced quite a few nodules that we saw, so expect there will be even more when it's washed about and after a bit more rain! Will be back at some point in the nearish future I'm sure

If you are there on Saturday, check out the falls just as you enter the 2nd bay. That's all fresh, and with the tides and waves this week may have been moved about some. Please do let me know what goodies you get!
