If you find that you don't need any type of foundation, go ahead and use the blush or bronzer straight on your skin! It should work just fine. :)

I've been sick this week but still went to work because of learning new stuff at work & dealing with unexpected various computer system crashes & having to resolve the matters for hours for the past few days. Wow! Your skin looks radiant and glowing even before you put on foundation. I really love the natural, almost dewy look, but I'm always scared to forego a setting powder because I get so oily even when I use a primer and setting oil-control powder.

I asked you a question about your neutrogena foundation in your Feb Faves about what do you do if you have gotten lighter and your foundation is a bit too light. hehe, that just means you don't need it and can walk around being gorgeous naturally~ i admit when I do wear makeup i tend to go heavy, but i keep it natural so even though i probably have more on than the average, it doesn't look like much. still, i probably wear makeup 3-4 days out of the week (and that's if i remember). i usually apply when i feel the need and give my skin a break for at least 3 days a week if not more.

less is more for me when i'm sick. i'll put on a light tinted moisturizer, slight highlight, some spot concealer where needed, a brightening neutral eyeshadow (or color tattoo in Inked in Pink), some waterproof mascara, and powder to set. still thanks for sharing your way!

jen, my skin is really dry and flakey can you do a tutorial of how to put on foundation for people with very dry skin? a big problem is that the foundation gets kinda clumped up at the dry spots so it looks weird...

I have recently watched some Korean makeup tutorials and saw that they use highlighting powder or lightly shimmering powder on not only the cheekbone but also the area between it and the eyes and nose. Is that a new makeup trick to make the face look more awake? I even saw them using light lavender/lilac colored powder to do the same thing, what is the purpose of using those and how to use them effectively?
