The great thing about these is you get your choice of cabinet colors, whether or not you want carpeting, vinyl, and in some cases even laminate or wood flooring. Depending on the manufacturer you can even make some changes to the plans (where it is safe to do so due to engineering ie: load bearing walls etc.). The biggest disappointment for me was the wire shelving in the closets in such a nice home. Yeah... mine had it too but I'm in the process of changing it all out. My favorite feature was that family room with the soaring ceilings and the balconett. A fire place is a definite must!

I really love the layout of this place. I love that big add-in after the kitchen. I love the master closet. I would want a tub where the bench is in the master bathroom. Upstairs, I would probably finish it out with a couple more bedrooms and a bathroom.

I love this house, the added family room is not adjoining any bedrooms and it's not next to the main living area, I think I would open the kitchen to the living area if possible, but the master closet is way too small the male will have to use the coat closet, the master bath isn't bad but the window over the bench is not needed and I prefer an end load walk in shower with no glass for my handicap purpose. I love the fact it has a formal living room and formal dining room, I would reverse the stair case so that you enter and exit into the hallway and not tracking in and out of the living room but have the basement entrance in the living room. the 1 thing that I noticed that perturbed me is the front entrance no overhang, so I think I would add another module extend the front areas and create a covered entrance and by doing so you can modify the master closet and bath maybe add a washer and dryer in the master closet. If your going to spend $600,000.00 on a house, have it your way and BE HAPPY.

Love the layout! I would get rid of all the carpet in the main living areas, it makes the house looks dated. Who wants wall to wall carpet in the dining room? 🤮🤮🤮 The primary closet was a bomber, but not a deal breaker for me. I would buy & eliminate the 2nd level....

If you have children you definitely don't want carpet in the family room. When you walked out on the overlook the first thing that popped inti my head was water balloons. And I wasn't even that type of a kid! Nice house, like the family room. Wire shelves, barn door, shiplap have got to go. I have a wall oven now and I love it, it works really well bc there is no bending to access it. 😊😊😊

I would like a fireplace in the added room and a tub in the master, also a door on the closet. I would want white cabinets and a wood hood vent in the kitchen. The price is high.

Are we sure that house is 400,000 and the reason why I asked this question is because those cabinets in the kitchen look very cheap and chintzy and so does the bathrooms I mean first of all for 400,000 there should be either granite countertops in the bathrooms you should never have ceramic tile as a backsplash in a bathroom with that price tag and you should never have cheap chintzy cabinets either. And that master bedroom closet is a joke. And I would rather have a closet right there as soon as you walk into the foyer instead of that bench But I do like the layout of the house

Now I'm retired Veteran Vietnam 🇻🇳- I have been hearing folks talking about this stuff, but with basement and cost a over price scaminsh feel, I use to do emergency maintenance for these places, ( basic plumbing and- some electrical maintenance, -" paint & we clean a very little bit, along the way & stuff 😮
