He looks incredibly poised under pressure, and especially for a freshman. Has good arm, great vision, his eyes are always looking downfield and for ways to extend plays. Reminds me a lot of Rodgers, and I'm sure he's only getting better.

first I want to start off by saying that I'm in no way a USC fan. This season I watch some games and highlights of them to see JuJu and this kid stood out. He has some things to clean up but his pocket awareness and how he scrambles to bye some time and takes the hit all while delivering good accurate a passes is very impressive. Hopes he gets better and makes his name even more known.

I've seen this guy enough to know that he's got it all. The size, the arm, the mobility, the accuracy (makes tight NFL/in traffic throws), the toughness, the composure in and out of the pocket, and the trust in his line and receivers. What may intrigue yet turn away some scouts would be his gunslinger attitude. He's made some mistakes, but he's excelled when he improvises (which he does a lot of). In my opinion, he's the best QB prospect since Andrew Luck, but for an NFL QB comparison, he reminds me so much of Matthew Stafford.

We could also get Darnay Holmes from Calabasas who is the No. 1 rated CB in the country. He's similar to Adoree' and wants to play three sides of the ball

Agreed. I was pulling for Browne because he waited his turn and deserved his shot. Even though I don't believe he got a fair shot, Darnold was obviously the right choice. I feel really bad for Browne because he did face really tough defenses early on, but hopefully he can do well at Pitt.

His vision and understanding of the game is what allows him to make the big plays. Combine that with his poise, savvy, spatial awareness and great technique (putting the ball exactly where he wants it) make him the most promising young quarterback in some time.

Agreed! What I disliked the most about Kessler was how he never used tight ends. Barkley didn't either. It's great to see our tight ends making plays because defenses already have a hard time covering our WRs.

This dude's impressive, and only 19 years old? WOW. He already has better pocket presence than 50% of NFL starters !! He's accurate, despite his awkward throwing motion. Strong arm, keeps his eyes downfield really well, and his accuracy short, medium, and long range is very impressive. Buffalo needs this man ASAP.

jonathan armstrong Me too. I don't want to get ahead of myself, but I've seen and have talked to Corral a couple of times and it blows my mind how good he is. If Darnold does declare after next season like many are predicting, I'd love to see the Corral/Sears QB battle. Off the field, Corral is great too. Incredibly humble for some rated as high as he is. I've interviewed many of the top SoCal recruits Corral was so down to Earth. As for Browne, I'm happy for him. They run an offense similar to the one he was running in high school. He'll be able to stand in the pocket and throw a lot. I'm hoping he can do well there. To me, he'll always be a Trojan. He's said it himself. He's never said anything bad about the program since being benched. Gotta feel for him, but he'll have his time to shine next year. How do you feel about it?

Captain Spartan 04 Personally, I believe the SEC has the brightest future. Both Georgia and Ole Miss gave their 5-star Freshman Jacob Eason and Shea Patterson good experience while Jalen Hurts already looks very comfortable in Bama's offense. Should be a very good season the next few years. I'm interested in seeing Lamar improve heading into his junior season. He improved so much from his freshman year.

Which we should be able to do with Jeremy Smith ( imo Jeremy Smith catching skills out of the backfield reminds me a lot of Bell ) . Jeremy can become a power back one moment and then all the sudden he's making people look silly with his jukes.

We have a lot of guys leaving on offense including our starting Te ( I have confidence in crum but I'm scared), Lt , rb (good news we finally get to see Jeremy Smith more ), and our 2 starting wide receivers . The way he throws on the run and escapes pressure also fast release and throwing motion reminds me of AR and the way he dances in the pocket for example look at 3:35 that was an AR type throw and pocket prescene. Cuz it was back and forth in practices. Then during the final scrimmage Browne beat Darnold. Game situations went a little different... plus starting the season vs 2 top ranked teams didn't help Browne.

Darnold threw ZERO Interceptions during 2016 spring and fall camps. ZERO! He was also slashing up the first team defense his first year at USC on the scout team. When they announced Browne would start I knew they did it to reward him for NOT Transferring. But at USC, it should ALWAYS be the BEST player plays just like what Pete Carroll use to do and NOT who was loyal for 4-5 years.
