I really wish more parents, especially African parents,would be this understanding and supportive cos life does happen.I know a girl who got pregnant like this and with the help and support of her family, went back to school ,became an engineer with a First class Degree. Today, everyone is happy. My daughter got pregnant young she was afraid to tell me I love the Lord and no child is a mistake.. by no means do I support fornication but it happens.. I told her well she is coming so why get mad.. This was a good Christian movie to watch in 2022. Some may not call this a Christian movie because of the drinking and falling into sin. But is is because we all was in sin before we accepted Jesus salvation. We all still fall short to the Glory of God. We are all human and the movie shows us how we can all fall to sin if we do not watch and pray. The flesh is weak but the spirit is willing. I have also fallen short but Grace and Mercy is what God gave me. And God gives You and everyone Grace and Mercy today in your life no matter what. Sometimes when we think we have taught our children the best we know how there is always temptations lurking just around the corner. This movie showed all the insecurities and vulnerabilities that all of us possess at some point in our lives. A lot of lessons to learn here. Glad I got a chance to see it.

There are many lessons to be learnt from this movie. First CJs friends 2. Alcohol . I have learnt to depend on God's grace and not to overlook the little mistakes that can lead to bigger ones or a ripple effect. Alcohol has always been a good recipe for disaster. I wanted a movie where, though strongly tempted, the young Believer made all the right choices in line with his faith to show other young Believers how it's done. Instead the movie showed how a humble man, like David of the Bible, was delivered and then blessed by his humility before God and man. He took careful responsibility and counsel. It showed the losses - shame, poor grades, losing privilege to play basketball, dropping out of school, having to grind at another level. Yet and foremost, it showed how his humility and righteousness caused him to rise up and become blessed. His repentance, humility, and faithfulness to God after his fall, made him an observable example of light and salt in a dark world; others took notice and were inspired. Praise God for this movie. . . mature infant and all! After all we can only work with what we've got.😄

This is exactly how such a situation is properly handled. Nobody had to suffer or do anything wrong, because the parents shared their home, time and wisdom. In tribal life the young grown people get married young and have children that are also taken care of the community. People panic for nothing when a natural thing like a baby comes and they had other plans. This is a great story, because it shows people how to handle things wisely.

Excellent movie.. Loved how CJ's parents handle the situation and I like that his friends from school went to support them in the end as well
