I actually met this dude at a petrol station in Rozelle Australia when their van pulled in for cigarettes and I was at the ice cream fridge and he asked me which ice cream is popular here in Australia and I told him to try the splice. Which is what I was buying. I think he found me approachable because I was wearing the misfits t shirt.

+Rennerp and that's the good thing about music. To each his own. If we all liked the same thing, it would be boring. I'm like Mesa, and the Peavy 5150 amp myself. Only artist I like that plays Randall currently is probably Michael Amott. Some people I don't care for are Scott Ian and Kirk Hammett. Good at what they do, just don't like their tone. But I'm a firm believer in its in the artist, not the machine. 🤘

I remember that I saw Jim and Mick when I bought a number of Total Guitar magazines on a vacation trip in Spain and it had a video with a guitar lesson from both of them. They scared the shit outta me in every aspect. Today, I still think that those guys are absolute units on guitar.
