Slipknot is full of cool, interesting riffs (like the main riff in "Left Behind"), Jim adds a lot of groove into the music like the second verse riff in "All out Life" and they even bust out some crazy solo's when the song has room for it. That's the good thing about Slipknot, they chose when to unleash the guitar solo's instead of forcing them into everything.

But he's a great dude and he shoves every ounce of feeling, heart and emotion he has into the strings when he plays. I've seen him live so many times and every time, every song is different than it was every other time and he has never once seemed to just be going through the motions. He's reinventing the song every time he plays it based upon who he is in that moment. He always sets a positive example. He's a role model I wouldn't mind my kids aspiring to one day be. Love him so much. One of my heroes for sure.

Fender if you would make this guitar with humbuckers and some darker colors I think this would be a big hit with metal heads. It has a really weird cool look if you would just beef it up a little I think it would be great.

I remember the times when the Slipknot members never took off their masks (maybe weren't allowed to by their record company) and today Jim Root is the personification of a H.P. Lovecraft Character who is a Professor in Ancient Dark Mythology who mastered the arcana of banishing Cthulhu himself. While he wears the Meteora infront of his 19 th century black dress coat.

It’s good that a fully fledged metal head guitarist uses a fender. U rarely see fender in metal. There needs to be more!!!
@SandeepSingh-zc5sh6 жыл бұрын
Keep the shape and make more iterations of it. Add a humbucker/ in the neck, make a double header model etc with rosewood boards etc. I'd buy one if more versions of the Meteora came out but I've already got a lot of Telecasters (as do a lot of people I'm assuming) which is basically what this is.
@kitano06 жыл бұрын
Hopefully it will be successful enough that they will do that...I would love to have one with some P-90's, or one P-90 in the bridge position...same color, though!

@@kitano0 I would love a double P90 model in Butterscotch but with a rosewood fretboard 😍

@@SandeepSingh-zc5sh Sounds good to me! I also think they should make some models without those black-block inlays...that seems to be a deal-breaker for some from the comments I've read.

@@trendkill3333 the touring itself will do it, I remember seeing this punk band called Down By Law back in the the mid 90's and the first time i saw them the singer Dave Smalley was looking fresh faced and I would say he was maybe pushing late 20's, well the next year we saw them again and man he aged like crazy because they did like a full year of non stop touring then recorded a new album then started a new tour, I'm in Texas and they are from Boston so they already had plenty of gigs before they got here. Just that alone will age someone.
