Looking at the plan I would say W10 doesn't have a cutout for the top mainspar because, as you suspect, the top mainspar glues to the bottom one at the tip. You said you couldn't glue it because the bottom mainspar wasn't glued in yet? When I build a wing the bottom spar is pinned down then the ribs are glued to it as you go, then the top spar will fit ok, unless I'm more confused than you! Have you angled the first rib the right way, ie giving dihedral, unless the model is anhedral of course?

Heya Cliff, I should have called you 😊. Yup the jet has a anhedral wing, also I did not glue the bottom spa as it did not say to do so in the manual. Were it said just pin, I understood that it should not be glued as the back bottom has tabs you remove when you flip the wing. It should be fine to glue still 😂. Once I glued that, I will do as you say for the wing tip, then I can cover. There is no stage pictures really, so in the dark with head scratching most of the time. All good fun thou. Doing a great job chris, im gonna have a guess that you plane the top spar to a taper into the wing tip, im building tonys wellington and its a similar thing on the horizontal stabilisers. Not that it matters to much on a small model like this with a sheeted wing but id advise against pinning through your spars for future builds, it can weaken them. Lovely job great video again. I look forward to your videos on a friday 😊

Thanks buddy, I have seen a couple of your videos, you will have to show your wellington. Yup it looks like you are right, shame it did not say it in the manual etc. how do you hold your spare to the plan? I glad you enjoy that Friday Feeling. 🫡

@DadsRCHangar just pin both sides of the spar to hold it in place. Yes the wellington will be back on the bench pretty soon. Thanks for watching, it's a new channel,will only get better.
