This game plays out just like real life Zaibatsu fights. Pat grabs a gun and starts flailing it, then Matt pushes him off the ledge. Pat tumbles over and grabs the ledge. Matt, while pushing Pat, also fumbles over and hangs off the ledge. Matt and Pat are now holding on for dear life while slapping each others’ knuckles to make them release grip. Matt and Pat then fall simultaneously into the deep abyss. This whole time, Woolie was watching from 12 feet away. He’s still standing, making him the victor!

Am I the only one who remembers and misses the Super Best Friends Brawl? Fighting games are my favorite genre to play and watch, but after 3+ years, it would be nice to see something else. SBFB was the best because they played anything that was multiplayer. Perfect Dark, Mario Party, etc.

No, you are not. From what I undertand (at least form asking Pat I think) they just got bummed out when they lost the Brawl with Liam etc. and since then they just have been very unresponsive to doing another. Also brawls were probably the highest effort show they worked on. I ask here and there if theres a chance for it coming back but in the end it is 100% up to them. Personally I think its a shame that it has been absent for so long.

Kiefer Gray eh, duck game is cool but it’s not what I wanted out of Nidhogg 2. I wanted to keep the minimalist art style and faux-seriousness of the original. Don't say snake shotgun the worst weapon! If you shoot it downwards you can effectively fly with it and then your opponents will die to snakes bellow you! Also I am sad that you guys didn't experience the true power of the blink dagger and the black hole gun. Edit: if you hit esc and go into options you can turn on melee weapons only, that can make the blink dagger spawn frequently.

As much as I love you guys I have no idea why you guys won't make the Super Best Friends Brawl happen again. It's been a long time and we haven't seen any higher production value stuff like Fighterpedia, Scrublords and the Brawls in years now. I think I can say confidently a lot of us would like to see some fighting game videos where you actually have friendly competition and funny shit talk. With lots of new and great fighting games (traditional and not) that have come out in the passed while you have a lot of options for some stellar new brawls. You've come up with lots of new insiders and joke characters to reference and plenty of animators that would make a sweet character select for them like before. No, Zhu Zhiqiang (Xiao Xiao creator) had discontinued the series during the 2000s (his years active lists him last prominent in 2006. He is supposedly animating Chinese commercials now, though no one is sure if he still is.
