A tip for keeping your guacamole green is to touch the plastic onto the guac when you store it. Don’t leave air between. Press it straight on top so there’s no air and it always stays fresh!

When you make your guac, leave the pit mixed in with it. It will not go brown. I do not know how, but it works for me and was told to me by my friend who went to culinary school :-)

Your guac was just in contact with air so it oxidized, next time put a plastic film over it and it will darken slower, but you can still eat it, it's not bad. Just scoop the top off or just mix it in, depends on what you want to do.

hey i actually use bisquick and just add almond milk and cinnamon to the flour and its bomb af! just mix until you get the right consistency. they come out sooooo fluffy and delish.!!! i use to use applesauce but i think it made it like tooo gooey. it wasnt that bomb.

She’s not vegan. I got schooled by serious vegans and it truly is a life style. Plant based is more accurate if you don’t have the vegan philosophy. Most people do it from a diet perspective but it’s a much deeper conviction for many
