Fried Chicken Pandan, SIMPOL!

Sawa ka na ba sa fried chicken? Pasasarapin natin ‘yan dahil magluluto tayo ngayon ng ‘fried pandan chicken’ Try nyo na rin! :)
Mga sangkap:
-1/2 kilo chicken (thigh fillet)
-Oyster sauce / soy sauce & sugar
-1 tbsp calamansi juice
-3 cloves garlic
-1 pc ginger
-Ground black pepper
-2 tbsp cornstarch
-8 pcs pandan leaves
-2 cups cooking oil
