Air-Fried Thai Pandan Chicken/Gai Haw Bai Toey

A quick and easy way of making Thai Pandan Chicken in the Air-Fryer. Serve it with any of your favorite sauces. I like sweet chili jam or Thai peanut sauce or simply a mix of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
