Today we have another fish inspired dish. It's the 2024 California Delta striper spawning season which will last from April to June before these fish make their way toward the Bays and the Ocean.

what I made is fried Striper Bass fish dip, a spicy, sweet, salty and crunchy recipe which makes a great addition to your already delicious fish breakfast lunch and dinner.

Fish Dip Recipe Ingredients:
1 Cilantro bunch
1 Green onion
1 Lemongrass stalks
2 Shallots medium
1 Ginger root
5-6 Thai peppers
1 Garlic bulb
1 Salt table or Kosher
3-4 Tbsp fish sauce
2 Palm sugar pieces
