No unpleasant fishy smell that occurs when frying. Fragrant baked fish with spices will take its rightful place on your menu. This fish recipe is one of my family's favorites. Not everyone likes the smell of fish, and often children refuse to eat such fish. This recipe gives a wonderful combination of spices along with celery, and as a result, even the most ordinary fish turns out very tasty. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
3 hake
Cut off the fins and gut the fish
Then rinse the fish
Cut on both sides as shown in the video
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
½ teaspoon ground coriander
Black pepper
A pinch of salt
3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice
30 ml soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Brush the fish on both sides with the marinade
Let the fish marinate for 20-30 minutes

Cover with parchment paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
While the fish is baking, prepare a tasty side dish
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
Fry on low heat for half a minute
Add washed rice (1 cup).
Fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat
2 cups of hot water
A pinch of salt
Bring to a boil and cook covered for 15 minutes over low heat
Then switch off and let stand for 10 minutes

2 cloves of garlic
Heat a frying pan with oil
Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes
½ pepper
Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds
paprika
¾ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Herbes de Provence
Black pepper
1 teaspoon tomato paste
Fry for 1 minute
250 grams of tomato
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pickle
salt to taste
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 10 minutes
Juicy, aromatic fish from the oven is ready
Serve with rice and sauce, it's delicious
