This is from when low-budget animation had a soul. You can tell someone really cared about this movie, between the casting and story. Heck even the animation takes full advantage even with its limitations.

This movie literally has a 6% score on rotten tomatoes averaged out from a bunch of critics opinions. Meaning that literally only 6% of critics had something at least decent to say about the movie. On the fan side it has a 34% approval rating from that site. On Cinema-score it was rated a C from people that saw it in the movie theatre. One of their lower ratings as even a poorly received one can get a B usually. Online opinion is very negative towards the film in general and outside whatever spot of mention online, it’s literally forgotten or laughed at. This video itself is simply pointing out the few saving graces of the film that keep it from literally being the worst film out there. Pls don’t use this an example of heart and effort existing in animation. This premise was blatantly stolen from Once Upon a Time, and done in a much cheaper and shallow way. Big deal, the villain wins for a bit and the main baddie is sassy and hot. Oh and she kills the main heroines of the story. Once the shock value of that is over, the movie has nothing to stand on besides checking out the main villain and her ass. Cinderella 3 already did this literally with Tremaine stealing fairy godmother wand. This movie was heavily ridiculed by fans and critics for good reason. Your bias is showing in favor of proper critique. You want a good movie with mid/low quality animation with actual high quality writing. Watch Hoodwinked. That was an actual well written film that got heavily criticized for its animation and not fitting a key demographic. Still was known for its solid writing nonetheless compared to this train wreck.
