2 Cans Tuna Flakes
1 Piece White Onion
82.5 grams Cheese
3 Cloves Garlic
300 grams Penne Pasta
1 Can / 155 grams Mushrooms
185 ml Evaporated Milk
1 Pack All Purpose Cream
1.5 - 2 Liters Water (for Pasta)
1 Tbsp Salt (for Pasta)
25 grams Margarine
Salt & Black Pepper to Taste

Tried this and added finely chopped bell pepper for color since i ran out of basil. The bell pepper was a game changer to the taste. I also used parmesan cheese and it was 💣.

Tried this just now. It’s actually delicious. Penne pasta sucks up more moisture compared to spaghetti pasta so for people who want to eat this with a little sauce, you could increase the measurement of evap milk to one can as well as black pepper to balance the taste.

Naka try na akong magluto nito not knowing meron pala talaga recipe.Dahil ayaw ni papa ng red sauce pasta kaya ko naisipan magluto ng ganito kahit maraming wala like mushroom & cheese ok pa din naman.Yung version ko is nilagyan ko tomatoes at nagustuhan naman papa ko ☺

Start with the sauce and then make the pasta! Don´t use cream, because it covers all the other flavors! Use Pecorino, Grana Padano or Parmigiano cheese instead. Add some of the pasta water to make it creamy!
