i can agree.. there wasn’t a soul out there i couldn’t have a random conversation with in Toronto. They were all very welcoming and some even offered me drinks and were quick to explain the ins and outs of living there

this is stupid list, you can't judge a city by how many people return to it. i go twice a year to Vegas, I hate the place, but that's where a lot of the expos are at, same thing with NY, therte's a lot of reasons to go there again and again regardless of you want to or not.

New York number 5?!? That's a lie! It's one of the most hostile places I have ever visited! The people there are terrible! I'm not visiting there again. Been there 5 times and it's been the same each time. San Diego is much friendlier.
