Girl, it sounds like you're alive but barely living. We all need a friend like Sally! The mid-midlife crisis is better than having a million responsibilities AND THEN going through the crisis. Personally, doing inner work, going to therapy, and separating my own thoughts and beliefs from what was instilled in me really helped me figure out what I want to do.. but figuring it out is a process and that's okay! Who says you NEED to be good at ONE thing? Be a woman of all trades 😉 We all want to see you happy, and remember, don't be so hard on yourself, rooting for you!! 💖💝❤
