You have a very nice video here. Do to advanced age and health issues I have not been able to get back out to the EBT. Running north out of Orbi toward Colgate Grove, that first grade crossing is Enyart Rd. The ice cream place you mentioned, in the day, we referred to it as the Freezy Deez.
