Good ideas for food. I like the Pizza idea. We usually go fast and light to see a lot of new territory so a bit more elaborate than the food on our trips, but great ideas nonetheless.

I freeze banana bread from home for the first few days . And freeze eggs in a water bottle for scramble in the first morning
