I love that the reason from both is just different (actually simple). Stark think it was the cold hand but Fern says it was the strength of his touch on the shoulder. I mean Eisen give him a hit by instinct AND reflex. So how much become fern scared? And was Stark for his own definition gentle enough that Fern (worthily) don't zoltraak him out of the universe? I love when the writing give you just for the 10 seconds of the scene so many subtle questions. I hope and believe you recognize that Frieren get more and more facial expressions through the journey. She is more often smiling get more and more the idea how she express herself to other (the reason why she wants Sein in the group) especially the Humor from frieren grows a lot, its more understandable xD.
