Whenever I watch your videos I think of how much horses have suffered at the hands of humans throughout history. Millions of horses died during WW1. So I have so much gratitude when I see the horses in your care being so loved and well cared for. I think maybe the world is a better place because of people like you and everyone at your stable.

I used to ride on my beautiful mare Treasure. She was a Gelderland/Arab. One minute you're young and the next you're watching someone else's adventures and the sounds and smells all come back. I wish I could tell you to bottle these pleasures, because we don't know they were the good old days, till they're gone.

What a refreshing video! I’ve never owned a horse, but I have always loved them. I would take every opportunity to ride🤗. Watching you ride on the trail, through the beautiful wooded area, and walking through the pond really brought back the special memories of riding. The smell of the leather, the smell of the horses, and the feeling that you get when you’re on a horses back just never leaves you. Thanks so much for sharing 🙏❣️

That was lovely! When I had my horses, I did not compete. We just did trail riding as we lived in the country, and next to the ocean so we rode on the beaches, too. I loved trail riding. This brought back nice memories. Your horses seemed to enjoy a change from the pasture, and that is such a nice place to ride.

Absolutely beautifull video to watch! I live in Friesland as well and i recognize bits and pieces of the landscape in your videos. But this one definetly caught my eye and made me slightly jealous! My grandparents used to own a mobile home on a camping site very close to where you are riding in this video. I've spent so much of my childhood walking through the meadows and forests you are riding through in this video that i recognize almost everything. (i loved the "wild" sheep herds you could randomly come across while walking!) I've only ridden a horse once in my life and really enjoyed it. I whish i could do something like this one day!
