Poor little Johnny. Off by himself standing guard or should it be pacing for his mares by the looks of the path. He’s worn a long one along the fence. Do some of them hold their bladders until they go outside? I love the way they play. I wish there was a giant light red ball that you could just roll out there and see what they would do. Very big, so no one breaks a leg. That’s my imagination working when I see them run. Lol. Uniek is getting more beautiful every day. Yvonne she yours, goody, goody🥰🤩🤪🌸

I know Lianne has a special feeling for you Yvonne. I remember last year as a foal she seemed more comfortable with you than the other foals and you gave it right back, cuddling with her, making her feel as loved as if you are her 2nd mother. And still you pet and pay attention to the other yearlings and two year olds, but with Lianne you cuddle and she loves it. It is almost that way with Mathilde and the present foals, Mathilde seems to feel more comfortable with you than the other three. No matter how caring you seem to fell towards Lianne and Mathilde we all know Uniek is number one with you. Were you working there when Uniek was born 14 years ago, and if not how old was she when you showed up? Very good video, interesting, fun and enjoyable. Whoever was taking the video did a good job.

I recall when Lianne was just a new foal, she was very bashful and you worked with her to gain her trust.. and she discovered she loves you! (Yvonne) Animals like to be grounded and when they bond with a human, they want to be your friend forever! (I do animal communication!) And Yvonne is a natural as she does sense and feel their feelings, like a true empath! While I am at it-- Queen Unique is delighted, she can stay with you... she LOVES Yvonne! Finally, I am grateful to come home after a difficult day at work, (I fundraise for homeless and food banks in the US) and watch the lovely horse farm you run. I always feel enriched, as I always learn and appreciate something new about the horse-mare-foal world! Thank you, graciously. Jackie in Portland, Ore. USA.

It is good to watch and stay safe by not being in the middle of a group of horses, or when a horse is too close. If anything startles them they will run over or push down a human. That is instinct, it doesn’t mean the horses don’t love you. I have the same thing happen with my three cats. They can be sitting on and next to me with their paws on me calm and motionless but if something suddenly startles them, it is instinct they right away run away digging their claws into me causing me to bleed. They don’t mean to hurt me.

According to my counting: 6 brood mares, 1 3-year old, 4 2-year olds, 6 yearlings (all females), 4 foals (3 fillies, 1 colt), and Johnny, the teaser stallion. Don't know where Eevje (the second 3-year old mare) is now or if Harm and Hendrik have sold...
