@TheAaron9993 He knew way back when he went secret room behind the closet. He has keen sense of smell. The only reason why Charlies lived as long as he did. Jerry was toying with him for the fun of it. Jerry truly underestimated Charlie. In a way this move a coming of age story about it.

She hadn't fully turned yet, and Jerry was probably never going to let her. She was just food who happened to get "rescued" and if Charley hadn't have come then She would've just been killed.
