This was great and gave me confidence I could fix my dryer. As someone mentioned, when you order this control board, you don't get the plastic housing, just the circuit board. But don't worry.. once you get the part out it's very easy to swap the board from the housing.

Do you have to wear anti static wrist band to do this and gloves. My new board is wrapped in bubble wrap and said to do that. I noticed you aren’t. Confused b4 I start. Help!

I have a frigidaire dryer with a digital display. It is taking a long time to dry clothes. So I have been setting for 100 minutes. The other day I set it for 100 minutes but instead of going to 99 minutes, it dropped to 59 minutes. Any idea what is causing the problem? Thanks

Unfortunately, they no longer include the housing when you buy a new control board. So now instructions need to include how to reuse the old housing. But thanks anyway for the video, it is still helpful.

You will know. When you start the dryer and it stops a minute later while beeping every few seconds. It’s replace the board or destroy the dryer with a baseball bat. The beeping will drive you crazy
