Steel clubs, steel mace, club bells, indian clubs, Tribe Wod's Thor Hammers... and now, Fringe Sport Swords...... I'm liking this warrior weapons trend going on in the fitness community.

My first thought was that looks cool but I'd never buy it. Then I saw they had modeled after Thundercats and He-man. Edit: I bought them all. At first I was very underwhelmed by the weight distribution of the katana. I was comparing it to a traditional mace. However after doing a dedicated Katana workout, I have changed my mind. Great tools!

What is the overall length of the katana, they only mention the blade length.

Have you found any good workouts or new uses for these? They were on sale for like $120 for all 3 so I had to buy them, but not sure exactly how I'm going to use them.

the sword workouts from darebee.com are pretty solid. But pick a could of different swings, horizontal, crosscut, top to bottom, and bottom to top. Do 10 sets each side for a few rounds and will light up your arms and core. Most mace movements translate real well to them as well.

@@AverageDadReviewsFitness Thanks, appreciate the response. Do you feel like they're heavy enough to do normal mace movements? Also, just got the Titan Rickshaw delivered today based off of your video, thanks for the reviews!

@@sean5389 Other than the 10# they're a bit light. But for core rotation, shoulder, and forearm work they all work well. I use the Katana on pretty much all my shoulder days for warming up. The Longsword for grip and forearm strength training, as well as core, and the He-Man one for all of the above.
