Solid work. I acknowledge the extra effort. I found one mistake - "horisontal" : D Also I would drop the "Isolation exercises" in favor of "single-joint exercises" to avoid confusion. Good that you explained what you mean by isolation. This is the video calisthenics community needs but don't deserve.

I really struggle with planning. I have always somehow forgotten about progressive overload so my progress was really slow or stagnant. The thing is that it's really hard to understand, then combine everything together (increasing volume with deload, adding reps, sets,...) and finally implement it to the reasonable workout plan. I would like to thank you very much because everything starts to make sense and I hope that I will finally do some good progress. Can't wait for the next episodes and I also make notes in order to not forget. Big thanks again!!

Love your videos mate, so much effort and time put into them. Keep up the good work, also question. Will you be releasing a training programme to target specific skills ?
@FrinksmovementTV4 жыл бұрын
Thank you! I really appreciate it. This week i release a video so stay tuned! When it comes to program, yes! Unfortunetelly you gonna have to wait till the end of the series, cause thats when in the last episode im gonna do a walkthrough of me making the plan - and the program (or two different programs) will be free to download for everyone in the PDF file ;) I do custom, individualised programs as well, but the free one is coming at the end of series ;) Thank you once again and have a good day!

@10:00 Nice try there! NO EXCUSES! You can learn tricking all on your own just starting with a cartwheel and slowly gaining comfortability on the grass. Now the reason I still suck at flips is because I really need to get over the fear of it all, but that is a whole nother thing.

Hey man! Just a question for you. Are you familiar with Dense Strength/EMOM training? I'm wondering if you have any experience with that style of programming and any insight on applying it to advanced bodyweight exercises? Just started watching your videos and your content is really on point. I actually know Riley as well through instagram he coached me for a while, so that's cool you know him as well.

Excellent video, always wandered how often should and could I try my PRs?
@FrinksmovementTV4 жыл бұрын
I think you may find the answer in the podcast I posted 2 days ago with Pere. There is no one answer and its different for each type of training system. But I personally max out once a couple of months. And in more skill related stuff once every 4-6 weeks. Hope it helped

3 times a week front 1 training hold muscle up and drag flag 2 training raises negatives pulls... 3 training l sit pullups pullups weighted pullups What do u think
@FrinksmovementTV4 жыл бұрын
Hmm if you adjust the weekly sets right i think its a good routine. I guess you can squeeze that in two sessions tough, and do muscle ups on the day 3 and dragon flags/holds on day 2. Also, i would go for more sets of less variations then the other way, just a small suggestion.
