frithgar when you sowing corn,sunflowers and sugarbeet you must have on tractor narrow tyres,when you sowing with normal seeder you must have double tyres or twin tyres.I tell what is realistic with sowing.

hey frith i have a question one friend says that in england his favorite tractor the john deere 8r is used there i say it is possible all i know is it is exported out of england

There are a lot of John Deere here in the UK, combines are starting to get a look in, but not much though. Our crops are a LOT heavier than what the john deere is normally designed for so historically they've always struggled here. Tractors have been here since John Deere first started putting rubber wheels on them!

You mean a John Deere 8R exported out of England? Why would you want to get an exported model? It would be quite expensive to pay the tariffs on it.

There will be a plaque somewhere on the tractor that will identify where it was built. It will have a serial number of some sort and you can use that to determine where it was manufactured. I don't recall what corresponds to each of JD's plants but it should be relatively easy to look it up online. And if you are purchasing a tractor, 99% of the time it will be a domestic model. The only way you would be purchasing a foreign model is if you import one yourself, which would be extremely costly, or you purchase a second hand one that was imported.
