In our family we used to make "Spaghetti Pie" on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday. No sauce just linguine, rice, eggs, Crisco, pepper & salt. Not too many Italians that I've asked did this. Then when I got married my wife's Mom made the same thing but added a pie crust top & bottom. Yours looks delicious too. Its a shame the old Italian traditions are slowly disappearing. MI sta venendo fame! Dio benedica.

Hey guys! My mom was from Naples and she didn't make it exactly like that. She used a lil egg a Lil parmesan cheese S/P and mixed it then fried it nice and crunchy on the outside. It was so delicious just like that no sauce and mozz. I ate so many of them suckers a night. Tell you what, Italians can turn anything into a meal. You guys rock! 💪

I love your recipes & fun play between brothers. My question is how do you keep your stovetop so clean after frying meat, splattering oil & fat all over the stovetop? I have a similar oven & stovetop, but have a hard time keeping it sparkling clean like yours using soap, water & a sponge. What's your secret. Mom?? Ha-ha.
