Dude for real. I've never been to a jiu jitsu class where the professor does film study, but every other sport does it... especially wrestling and football. It's extremely beneficial and I'm actually surprised more people don't do it.

i remember the lucas video... i find myself shoving my head into inverting opponents crotches alot, but theres some good details here... this might be a good way to set a north south trap for the guy on the bottom.. but thats easier said than done
