A parte che adoro la frolla montata 😋 ma con l'aggiunta della farina di mandorle è strepitosa!!
Basta assaggiarne uno, ed ecco che sarà una continua tentazione 😄
Perfetti da gustare con il caffè o col the, o in qualsiasi altro momento della giornata
PROVATE!! 😃
DOSI PER CIRCA 50 FROLLINI:
200gr di burro morbido
80gr di zucchero semolato
1 uovo intero a temperatura ambiente
1 bustina di vanillina
un pizzico di sale
100gr di farina di mandorle
200gr di farina 00
★PER DECORARE GRANELLA DI MANDORLE O MANDORLE INTERE
COTTURA:
Forno preriscaldato statico a 180° per 12 minuti o fino ad una leggera doratura

Apart from that I love whipped pastry 😋 but with the addition of almond flour it's amazing!!

DOSES FOR ABOUT 50 SHORTBREADS:
200g of soft butter
80g of granulated sugar
1 whole egg at room temperature
1 sachet of vanillin
a pinch of salt
100g of almond flour
200g of 00 flour
★TO DECORATE ALMOND GRAINS OR WHOLE ALMONDS
COOKING:
Static preheated oven at 180° for 12 minutes or until lightly golden
