@@YourFavoritePO I'm taking - Biotin, B, D, Calcium, multi vitamin, fish oil, trying to eat low fat with not a lot of meat. My oncologist wants me to take Femara (estrogen blocker) but I took it for 10 months and it made my body hurt so bad I quit. Seems like there's a fine line between taking a drug long term that may help me be cancer free but side effects were bumming out my actual day to day enjoyment of life. Quality vs quantity? I'm also a 2x breast cancer/chemo survivor as well. Damn cancer! XO

Hi Pink Sister! I'm so happy to see you again. I was worrying about you. Your hair looks so pretty, and that style looks good on you. It's been almost five years since I underwent six rounds of chemo and 25 rounds of radiation (22 external and 3 internal). I lost all my hair and eyebrows. My hair started coming back after about 3 or 4 weeks after treatments ended. My eyebrows didn't come back completely.😔 Washed my hair with baby shampoo. I have salt and pepper hair and most of the gray came back in a semi-circle around the back of my head. I always wore my hair in a short, permed cut. Now I'm wearing a short taper cut natural...still trying to get used to the look. I'm afraid to use any chemicals in my hair. I must say you still look beautiful no matter what style you rock. I’m so glad I came across ur channel. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March 2022. My last chemo treatment was October 5, 2022. I like to stay positive n not say it was rough but say it was a challenge for me to deal with all the doctor visits n surgery n then to loss my hair. I’m blessed to be cancer free but was so concern if my hair would grow back n if so how long will it take to start growing back. It’s finally growing now. I have a lil peach fuss because I’m tired of the wigs.

I remember when mines came out in the shower I knew then I had breast cancer August of 21 bald but it grew it was so beautiful mind you I had a good grade of hair anyway ,it came back in its natural state baby hair for sure I wasn't use to it being short .I use tgin shampoo it was made by a black lady that has cancer it is the best shampoo ever!thank god for all my pink sister's

It's been 3 years since remission and my hair has only grown back a "hair" and is still patchy. It will grown to a certain point and that point is a half inch with patches. It's so frustrating. I'm trying everything under the sun and am just making peace with the fact that it may just be that way. Trying to focus on just being grateful to be here and I'm happy we have nice natural looking wigs nowadays. Sometimes you get sick of wigs though especially in the summer. I don't even have enough hair to braid if I want and it's patchy. It's also hard when you are young and dealing with it. We are close to the same age. I'm still smiling though. I found out I had breast Cancer April of 2022 I did four major rounds of chemo therapy that was very strong that caused to me to go bald I had no hair on my body at all now am on twelve rounds of chemo a different medication and am soo happy I see my hair returning am on my fifth round and my hair is patchy but every week am seeing more growth to every woman thats in the fight just know we will beat this in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ Amen my Sisters just be encouraged

This is why I You're so concerned about my hair and I want to look at some videos to give me encouragement because this is my second time have cancer 2018 stage 2 colon cancer thanks be to God no chemo surgery. 2022 cancer came back and it's is all over in my body but God grace and only his mercy the chemo is shrinking those cells 🙏 it will be two years September 9 2022 my birthday 🎂 🥳 and to God be the glory my chemo treatments have shorten 2 hours only one medication and I had a port because I didn't want my arms and hands to be scratch up my doctor advised me to get the port but anyway slow and slowly the my hair is growing even if I am making up hair products to help .
