Oops! Never use autofocus on your camera where the subjects are not in the center. We came out a little blurry and the background pretty crisp 🤭 Thank you Melissa once again!

Beautiful video Iván and Melissa. I noticed how at the scientific psychological level, Melissa used the exact language of the textbook “avoidant attachment” type. (me too) I would be surprised if the conditions for that were not present in her astrological birth chart. I’m pointing to the notion that we come into this life fully aware of the obstacles in our path. I can speak to the validity of traditional talk therapy and Ayahuasca routes for PTSD healing. Avoidant attachment style in the western parlance is a set of symptoms and behaviors, the DSM can name - but bring no relief. To paraphrase the sentiment of your Science/Spirituality video, the genesis of those symptoms is an early spiritual wounding. In many cases, only an equally powerful experience of spiritual liberation can heal that wound. My experience with ayahuasca was that it, the length of the ceremony, and the setting are far more intense than talk therapy, and thus can reach far deeper into the psyche. No amount of talk could ever have reached the depths that embodied physical experiences can penetrate - to and help disgorge old trauma. For me, ayahuasca followed the next day by intense breath work led to profound releases from old traumas which, until that point, I thought I were over. The tentacles of trauma reached so much further than even I suspected. Such realizations are literally “breath taking”. Thanks for your work and these wonderfully produced videos.
