Cameras that took video were never created when Lincoln was around (since Lincoln died in the year 1865 where the first video camera was created in the mid 1890s. Keep in mind that although the cameras in the mid 1890s weren’t that good compared to cameras today but the video cameras weren’t around but if we’re talking about cameras who only took pictures then yes photo cameras did exist when Lincoln was around since the most sources I can find that the first camera was made that took photos was between 1816 to the early 1820s)
