Agree with national service it could be done where they are used to help homeless or taken to places to africa to help out

My doc said I've got ptsd but I don't believe him. I get serious depression and have tried 4 or 5 times over the last couple of years to end it. Friends sussed me out on the days I tried and got me to hospital. I served in Ireland but I enjoyed it. So ptsd I'm not sure what it is he thinks Ive got.

It might be ptsd. But I think it’s so difficult to diagnose. I’ve noticed ptsd is so similar to traits of autism, which is crazy to think about. Thank you for your service and I hope you’re doing okay xx
