Link bdo is defs cpu heavy. I got i5-7600k and frame rate is always at 60. The game stutters tho a bit which might be due to not having the best optimization

actually, black desert is capped at 60fps. In order to get more than that, you have to disable v-sync in the nvidia control panel

I have a doom horse which is my first ever dream horse. How many skills should i get in average or min numbers of skills? I'm getting a bit frustrated cos it is now at lvl 22 with only 16 skills :(

Hey there is a trick to get a skill every level. If you use a coupon on Courser's Spirit then it will always relearn Courser's Spirit or another skill on level up. In this way you can guarantee getting a skill every level as long as you use the skill change coupon. You should still be able to learn all the skills by 30.

What are you using to making your horse do those weird zig-zag turns while still going fast in the middle of the road?

Thats the drift instant acceleration animation cancel. The horse skill Instant Acceleration gives your horse a big speed boost for a second, and then cant be used again for another second. If you use drift then you can reset that 1 second cooldown and instant acceleration again right away, so i am pressing instant accel then drift then instant accel again back to back, which lets me travel faster.

All pegasi will be able to fly. However some t9s are Unicorns, which cannot fly. For the pegasus you do have to learn high jump to be able to fly, which is one of the more common skills so you never have to worry about not getting it.

Pegasus and Unicorn are different. Unicorn is slightly faster on flat ground, is a bit tankier, and has some nice buffs for you and nearby allies. Pegasus is still really fast and tanky, and replaces the buffs with the flying utility. Lots of people want Pegasus because flying around is a lot of fun and actually has a lot of good uses in siege wars. The hell horse is not released in KR yet, and there has been no mention of it at all by koreans. At this point I would assume its not coming out, and if it is coming out it will be something totally different because a combat focused mount has some serious game balance implications.

@@thegeaventor2650 I tested it a bunch on the test server. The new triple instant accel makes it the fastest on flat ground and the two seater is nice. But thats all it has going for it, the horse does very little damage with its skills so its up to you if the ground speed and two seater make up for the lack of desert travel and lack of flying.

No, the Pegasus is always pure white. You can put armor on it to alter appearance but it looks best without any armor in my opinion.

I succeeded on my 7th attempt. A lot of people are going onto attempt #10+ so i'm pretty lucky to have gotten it in a single digit. If I hadn't gotten it on 7 then I would be at attempt #14 ish by now.

System messages cause i still like to see them for various reasons. And I run across the roads cause when going in a straight line running is faster than flying. Pegasus doesnt exactly fly as it does just jump really high and far then glide, so jumping on flat terrain gets old fast.

Its not actually for no reason. That slide animation is Drift, which when used lets you use Instant Acceleration again. This animation cancel goes faster than just going straight normally.

Yes it looks goofy, but if both horses are close to the same speed the one that proc's the instant accel with driff, will go faster. I have done it, but since I got a T8 I just go in a strait line and out run 95% of horses I see.

There are a bunch of nice skips you can do with the flying that I didn't get to show off much in the video. Also the pegasus has Courser Spirit which heals 500 hp and 100 stamina every 16.5 seconds, pretty useful. And it has S:Charge which makes chasing down and knocking people off horses much easier. But tbh its really just about the prestige of the t9 horse; it's definitely not worth the multiple billions and hours you have to put into a t9 in terms of practicality.
