Its not always how hard it is, but like rigt now it is hard to know the time on wait. Sometimes it is only 15 or so minutes and others it has been over an hour. For those aquiring new clients that are already in the system that is what takes time. But I have come across healthcare,gov agents that dont know they dont have to go through the whole app. So if you dont ask for someone else and have to hang up and get someone else, it can be a long wait issue. But over all it is not hard to do the AOR change. Its just time.

how long does it take to show, I do Medicare mostly but some ACA, and this has been a pain, I lost a couple because I did not know ID meant NPN and now that I know that I just did one after watching this video and it was at least a half hour, he made us do every single question on app, and could not see the plan that we chose on his end finally got him to see it, and did app But is health sharper it still shows old plan, I did reintegration but still the old plan shows How long does it take to show the new plan, I know on the phone call he told the client it will take up to 2 weeks to get updates I really don't feel comfortable not having any confirmation I am agent of record and waiting 2 weeks

something is wrong. It should not take 2 weeks. Most of time its immediate. I would call healthsherpa and ask them to look into it

@@thinkmedicarethinkaca It ended up showing a few hours later I dont do these all the time, because Medicare is my main product, but during AEP I got messed up on one, and really only did ones I did not need to call due to the time and inexperience So I am trying to get used to it now
