+Marc Allen Hi Marc. You are great. I am so inspired with your video. Interestingly I am now in the beginning of setting up a new puplishing house and just finished my new book which will be the first book of my puplishing house. I don't think it is a coincidence that I watched your video. I just wanted to share this amazing moment with you. Thank you again. Have a great lovely life. King regards my dear friend.

Marc Allen is one of my favorite teachers. I've adopted his affirmations and living my life with ease. We all have doubts and fears and what I love about Marc is he said, "this is an experiment" to calm the inner critic and went for his dream. To anyone reading, go for your dreams. Lilou, I appreciate you sharing your journey with us. Love and blessings to everyone reading.

The idea of being 'fired', or 'not doing it right', are cosmic clues that your path needs to change, and that you can use all the 'failures'..as road markers. Once you are led by intuition, love and a motivation to serve others..everything opens, just..like a flower.

I usually roll out of bed at 11:00 or 11:30 or so.... I was a musician for a while in my 20s, and loved the hours - you never started anything before 1:00 pm - so when I started my company, I said to myself, "I want success with ease. I want to work only when I feel like it" - and that usually means working Tuesday thru Friday afternoons... (and Friday is optional, in case I want a longer weekend....)
@SCqb9wo8 жыл бұрын
Hi Marc, thank you so much for the comment. You really are an inspiration to me. I am doing both the creative side and the business side of my business, and it takes energy. I learned that so much in that process is intuitive. I tried to set out specific schedule ( 6:30am -5pm ) for work, but an open schedule really works better for me. I feel one of the best success tips are to breath deep and be confident in the process that works best for me :)

+Marc Allen hey Marc, great admirer here. Was wondering how many times do you do your affirmations? I usually do it 3x a day.
@MarcAllenAuthor8 жыл бұрын
I'm completely undisciplined, and many days will pass before I pull out the affirmations I carry around with me in my pocket and read them thru.... BUT I notice that in the moment, during the day, various affirmations often come up in response to various situations.... My favorite affirmation over the past few days has been a quote by Eckhart Tolle in THE POWER OF NOW: "To offer no resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease, and lightness." Yes!

Lilou you are awesome!

I never "lecture others how they are not doing the right things to be successful" - there are an infinite number of ways to become successful, and I encourage everyone to find their own way. I know my path is totally unique - because every successful person's path is unique. And when I hear I "got lucky in life," I repeat a quote I heard years ago (I don't know who said it originally): You create your own luck: Luck is preparedness meeting opportunity. You prepare, and then you see opportunity.

Wow LiLou thank you so much for this. I know its 3 years later but its funny I listened to another cast of yours and didn't understand a word of it. This man however so laid back and appearing to be so open and simple. No long, esoteric difficult language, plain speaking, and positive with a very simple easily understood message on how to succeed. I loved it I am a new fan of this guy. Now I wonder what you recommend for those who need help figuring out their dreams, how do we get them to come out and show themselves? Do you have an interview for that, with someone as simple as this Mr. Allen?

The main driver for Marc Allen's success was simply being in the right place at the right time. He takes much personal credit for his meteorical rise, as he rode the wave and helped create the first beginnings of New Age Capitalism. At the time he started New World Library, seekers in the Americas were literally starved for spiritual direction, in backlash to monolithic religiously-narrow society. His first book Shakti's Creative Visualization addressed this need for personal authenticity.

Wow..... This is such perfect timing. I've been trying to pull threads together, and start a business. - Pulling all the things I love together, and trying to work in with my subconscious, to set it up, from the inside out. And I've been feeling so overloaded. Again. I don't know why I do this to myself. Marc is such an inspiration... - And we actually have the same interests!!! And I was Shakti's No.1 fan in the 90's!!! How bizarre. I love his laidback attitude, but wow - it doesn't stop him from creating!!! What an inspiration. This was such a good interview.
