I watched the story of Eden losing her baby and even though it never happened to me I just felt this agony in my spirit. I have read the story of Peter getting out of the boat but since the bible doesn’t give you any background about it I never really thought about there being any kind of reason for him getting out of the boat and walking to Jesus. It’s just so beautiful the way they developed the story about her losing a baby and the effect it has on both of them. The interesting thing about it is that even though no one knows of any reason for certain stories (like Peter telling Jesus to command him to walk towards him) the miracle is so powerful that you don’t get hung up on why Peter asked to walk on water. The backstory is a strong enough reason and yet you don’t lose sight of the miracle itself. Really amazing work!

I am not sure why it took me so long to watch this short video, but I am so glad I did. Lara is one of my favorite actresses from the series. Her acting has brought me to tears, despite my never having experienced the trials she endures. I am thankful for the writing team that introduced this hidden character and for Lara who makes her come alive. The end of Season Three was POWERFUL and I am waiting to see more of the story. one amazing thing (and there certainly many others) about The Chosen is how excellent the acting talent - get teared up about S3E8 just recalling the scenes - the character of Eden is a pivotal roll for that episode (as can tell it's become just about my favorite - and its very hard to have favorite episodes with this TV show as so many not it out of the park)

Lara, isn't it amazing to sit back and see where you are, and realize that God was so far ahead of you, laying the groundwork, and just waiting for you to take one step after the other. It's life-changing to realize that God truly does hold our future. For us, there is time. For Him, time does not exist. He is already there, waiting for us to catch up. Good, good Father doesn't come close to expressing His kindness and goodness to us, when we surrender our hearts. The character of Eden is written richly and beautifully, and the person (not actor) you are brings her to a place of fulfillment and light. The Spirit of God shines through each of your performances and allows us to see something familiar. Beyond acting, I pray that God pours out the oil of sanctification and anointing in your life. What a banquet table He is preparing for all of us when this vapor of a life is left behind. So glad you'll be there, when we all get to see this beloved Jesus, face to face. Oh my

Thanks for doing this interview which looks like it was an impromptu thing done at an airport maybe? Part of the reason for saying this is that I just assumed (like many) all the cast were believers until the whole pride flag story blew up (too much) but did pry open some previously closed doors that we investors had just assumed. We get it now and after hearing Dallas's 2nd attempt to clarify things technically by law he can't discriminate who he hires based on religion or faith and beliefs etc. So for those who stomped off in a huff and said you'd not support the Chosen by Dallas hiring "every day actors and crew" he has no legal choice. Got that? So open your checkbook and finish what God called you to do in S1! Thanks again for doing this. In 15 years after winning some statues, I hope you'll still do them then too :)

Irrespective of how this actors and actresses were dedicated to their roles, the show has connections to Mormon church, which is founded by a man and using parts of the Bible to promote it's practices, also believe in that God married a heavenly mother, which contradicts the Biblical truth. Also this Pride month issues on the set shows that there is so much confusion in this whole story. It is sad for these individuals anyway!
